This Replica of a Boeing 737 Nav panel is made of two acrylic sheets. The first layer is 3mm thick and second Layer 5mm. 

The panel is painted in Boeing grey RAL 7011 (Iron gray).

The tinted window is dark black and hides the indicator perfectly but show the illuminated numbers very good.

Backlighting is also no problem.
