When it comes to flight operations and managing critical controls, having a dependable Limit Switch is essential. This Electrical Limit Switch, also known as a Stop Switch or Micro Switch, delivers precise and reliable performance in demanding environments. Designed for flight enthusiasts and commercial flight schools, this 3 Pin Switch supports up to 5 amps at 125VAC, making it perfect for controlling various aircraft systems and simulators.
Have you ever struggled with inconsistent or unreliable switches during your training or flight setup? Our Limit Switch / Stop Switch / Micro Switch solves that problem by offering a robust electric actuator and quick response contact, ensuring smooth operation every time. Whether you’re running a flight simulator, building custom control panels, or maintaining aircraft control systems, this device provides the precise control you need.
For flight schools, particularly those specializing in simulator training, precision in controls is non-negotiable. Every Switch needs to respond instantly and reliably to replicate real flight conditions. This Stop Switch integrates seamlessly into flight educational tools, assisting students in developing muscle memory and understanding real cockpit responses.
Flight enthusiasts building custom simulators or retrofitting aircraft will also appreciate the robust build and electrical rating. The Electrical Limit Switch operates flawlessly under typical control currents, ensuring signals are sent accurately without risk of failure. Its 3 Pin design with clear control lines simplifies integration, making it a favorite for DIY projects and technical upgrades.
Installing this Micro Switch is quick and straightforward. The three-pin terminals are clearly labeled, allowing for confident wiring even for those new to electrical components. Once installed, the switch’s electric actuator provides tactile feedback, confirming contact engagement — a critical feature in any flight control scenario.
Worried about compatibility? The universal 5A, 125VAC rating fits most small to medium control systems in flight devices and simulators. Concerned about durability? The switch’s robust construction handles frequent actuation without degradation, offering excellent longevity. And if you think micro switches are tricky, this device’s design prioritizes user-friendly installation and maintenance, empowering even novices to optimize their flight controls.
Flight training and simulation demand equipment you can trust. This Limit Switch / Stop Switch / Micro Switch ensures your electric control systems operate smoothly and safely. Don’t let unreliable switches disrupt your flight experience or training progress.
Equip your flight setup with a proven, dependable control switch today. Add this essential electrical device to your toolkit and experience the difference in responsiveness and precision!
This rating indicates the switch can handle electrical loads up to 5 amps at 125 volts AC safely, suitable for most aviation control circuits and simulators.
Absolutely! Its compact 3-pin design and durability make it ideal for custom flight simulator panels and controls.
Yes, the three-pin terminals are straightforward and labeled clearly, making installation user-friendly even for novices.
Common uses include stop control, safety interlocks, position detection, and other control functions within flight systems and simulators.
Designed for electrical control purposes, this micro switch withstands frequent actuations without reliability loss, ensuring long service life.
This set includes the front and back panels, all annunciators, knobs, and switch guards.
Note: No electronic components are included. You will need to purchase switches, toggle switches, rotary switches, encoders, or potentiometers separately.
This is a fully functional unit that must be connected via the IDC connector pins on the back of the PCB to a controller board. Programming is required.
Pin layout information is either printed on the PCB or provided in a separate datasheet.
This version comes pre-programmed and USB-ready for use with your preferred flight simulation software.
Simply plug it in, install the provided configuration files, and you’re ready to fly!
Power Supply Note:
Because the panels can be daisy-chained using their power connectors, single-panel products do not include a 12V power adapter. Only one adapter is required to power your entire custom cockpit setup. The power supply is used solely for the backlighting, not for the product’s core functions.
All knobs are high-quality, resin 3D-printed components with realistic designs. They are supplied with a D-shaft fitting.
